This is undertaken using parts ordered from our suppliers as well as parts we make ourselves in a whorkshop with a resin floor covering which is totally shaving and dust free.
The workshop is equipped with 4 hoists to assist the assembly process - two 500 kg hoists, one 1.5 ton hoist, one 8.5 ton hoist - and all other necessary equipment for assembly of bearings (induction heating, press, etc.) Rapid adaptation via the creation of specific tools required internally.
Rotation, pressure and temperature tests are undertaken so as to check our machines are functioning propermy. Our workshop is thus equipped with a 600 bar high pressure skid, which is calibrated and inspected every year, with data recording (pressure, temperature, amps). After the various tests, either conformity of the machine is delared in which case it delivered to the client or else a rectification process is implemented to correct any defects before running a new series of tests.
